ABOUT EMILY ISBELL

Prior to Emily Isbell’s departure from Home Instead, she implemented scalable systems that led to 7 units across rural and metro territories in 3 different states. Annual revenues totaled $20.4 million in 2020 with 17 million or more of those revenues coming from private pay clients.

Emily began her home care career with Home Instead in Bowling Green, KY in 2007 as a caregiver. Within five years she worked her way up to Second-in-Command. Her leadership doubled the number of caregivers on staff and improved the turnover percentage from 151.8% to 56.5%. Knowing the 2008 Recession was on the horizon, she developed programs to increase efficiency in all departments – growing hours of service to 19,500 hours/month in spite of the economic challenges the nation was facing. This placed their franchise as third out of roughly 550 franchise units at the time. From there she went on to become the face of multiple units and allow the owner to remain out of the day-to-day operations. Growing businesses every step of the way, her most notable achievements growing one organization by 434% in 4 years and another by 200% in just one year.

Today, Emily is the CEO and founder of EI & Company where she and her team of home care experts provide Co-Leadership™Services to home care owners. Their biggest success thus far has been helping a client improve operations and revenue by 650% in less than 6 months. EI & Company’s goal is to always “teach a man to fish” and to ensure once they know how, EI & Company will get out of their way!

In addition to Co-Leadership services, Emily and her team of home care experts provide a variety of programs to franchisors. Their most successful being Powerhouse Peers™, a third party provided Performance Group program where franchisors utilize the expertise of EI & Company’s years of home care success to build their franchisees businesses in a highly specialized performance group approach. By the end of the program, EI & Company will Train the Trainer and pass on the expertise to the Franchisor to continue the profitable impacts for years to come. Other programs offered include Profitable Performance™, an outsourced support team for coaching, consulting, and leadership development for Franchisees as well as a Revenue Reboot™ workshop for underperforming franchisees.
